Westmont

At the time of installation, the Westmont project was the largest solar roof complex at 16.4 MW, spanning four structures, and remains among the largest years later. The system created 500 local jobs and generated an estimated 565 million KW during its first 20 years, mitigating emissions equivalent to 5,000 homes or 6,000 cars off the road.

At the time of project completion, the Los Angeles Convention Center was the largest solar-powered convention center in the nation and tipped the rankings to make L.A. the largest solar-powered city.
