We install a large solar panel array on a suitable rooftop or plot of land. This array is designed to generate a substantial amount of electricity, enough to serve multiple subscribers.
Subscription Model
Businesses and individuals can subscribe to the community solar project. Subscribers receive a share of the electricity produced, which is credited to their utility bills.
Energy Distribution

The Amherst Community Solar farm is the first project in NYSERDA’s Community Solar Program to be sited in the Town of Amherst and was named a 2024 Top Project of the Year in the Environmental Impact category by the Environment+Energy (E+E) Leader Awards program.
This project uses leasing of renewable energy equipment for use in converting renewable resources into power through a structured sale-leaseback arrangement.
